Our award-winning and highly visible team is looking for someone with stakeholder management experience who is great with coordination, outreach, communication, and extremely detail oriented. Under the supervision of a Manager and in collaboration with team members, the Strategic Planning and Communications Analyst will;

  • Develop and execute research and analysis efforts as it relates to understanding the cybersecurity landscape
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and outreach strategy to ensure success of its various federal cybersecurity focused working groups
  • Coordinate, capture, and track working group related information requests and ensure timely response with appropriate capability response and input
  • Manage and facilitate communications with group leads and group members
  • Event planning and execution support working sessions to include meeting coordination and scheduling, agenda and materials development, and tracking action items into appropriate data call system and tools
  • Provide project management and SME support for each of the identified work-groups
  • Provide technical review and edits of materials

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience
  • Experience with developing analytical projects and products to include developing and executing industry survey’s and questionnaires
  • Self-starter who is able to drive and lead activities in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; coordinating and ensuring goals are met
  • Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management with strong stakeholder engagement skills and direct interface with Federal executives
  • Experience with project management and project coordination
  • Experience with strategic planning and writing a strategic plan
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
