Introduction:

InnoWave Technologies is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive (AE) in Revenue Cycle Management in the Healthcare Sector to join our US team, based in the Northern Virginia / Greater Washington DC area. We are bringing InnoWave’s EFFY HEALTHCARE proprietary software solution to the US Healthcare sector. This actionable analytics solution audits and optimizes in a continuous mode the revenue cycle processes to enable healthcare organizations to collect more, stop revenue leakage, and reduce denials and the cost of managing payer reimbursement, patient billing and payments. You will act as “hunter” who generates new leads, close business with new customers, and grow the business with existing clients. The AE will be responsible for an increase in sales and maintaining our company-client relationships.

The successful candidate for the Enterprise Sales Executive position will be able to identify new business opportunities for InnoWave within an assigned region using a hunting mentality – leveraging prospecting activities as appropriate to meet objectives. The successful candidate will be able to manage the strategic sales process including initial contact, data gathering, and demoing, executive sponsorship and contract negotiations from start through final close and hand-off to the implementation project team.

Job Description:

InnoWave is looking for an outstanding and driven Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record in Healthcare to join our growing team. The successful candidate for the Enterprise Sales Executive position will be able to identify new business opportunities for InnoWave within an assigned region using a hunting mentality – leveraging prospecting activities as appropriate to meet objectives. The successful candidate will be able to manage the strategic sales process including initial contact, data gathering, and demoing, executive sponsorship and contract negotiations from start through final close and hand-off to the implementation project team.

Candidates for this position will be expected to use their existing rolodex and knowledge of selling into enterprise healthcare accounts, namely in the financial organizations of healthcare providers. You will be expected to combine specific knowledge of InnoWave’s EFFY Solution with your prior experience in business, industry, and operations. You must possess an overall understanding of healthcare specific billing requirements, reimbursement, enrollment, and patient billing and payments. This position represents a significant opportunity to participate in a high growth, fast-paced, cloud based innovative organization. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to interact with some of the most successful Enterprise/Hospital organizations in the U.S.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and close on new business with small to medium Healthcare organizations.
  • Open, manage and support key customer accounts
  • Establish, build and manage relationships with C-Suite level decision makers
  • Build a strong sales pipeline in the assigned territory
  • Manage daily activity within Microsoft Dynamics
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Leverage prospecting activities along with existing Marketing leads and campaigns
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and organize regular meetings to discuss their requirements
  • Conduct cold calls and network at conferences with an aim to generate new business
  • Work with the sales team to win new work with new and existing customers
  • Create sales material to present to customers
    Work closely with Service Delivery and Product organizations pre-sales to win new business and follow up regularly to customer satisfaction post-sales
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
  • Establish best practices and suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Travel as needed and dependent on location

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years selling Enterprise Revenue Cycle Solutions in hospitals, large physician practices and health systems
  • Must have Revenue Cycle Management experience in Healthcare with proven ability in Sales and Account Management
  • Healthcare billing or healthcare operations experience required – preferably institutional and provider billing and denials management knowledge
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required. Must be able to drive an enterprise sales cycle from start to finish
  • Proven work experience in solution selling and technology related sales
  • High energy individual with a results-oriented, customer-centric, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work with other team members through complex sales cycles
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas

Education Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred
