Mary Washington Healthcare (MWHC) in Fredericksburg, Virginia, has an immediate opportunity for a Cash Applications and Operations Manager to provide leadership and oversight of the daily operations of cash applications, client billing, and claims processing functions for MWHC, as well as A/R management for MWHC Home Health and Hospice.

Required Qualifications:


In addition to a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or finance, ideal candidates will have:

  • Minimum of five years’ patient accounting experience in a health system or related field
  • Minimum of three years’ management/supervisory experience
  • Proficiency with hospital A/R software; Epic experience preferred
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) or Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE), preferred
